It has been very emotional for me, I have been on such a long journey... now, I think I may find peace of mind.  I have found 'my way' to never forget Tommy.

I will be able to rest my weary self, knowing Tommy will never be forgotten.  I will know now, one day my grandson and granddaughter will 'get to know me' by reading my words.

They will never doubt their Granny Gee loved, thought about them.  I love, think of them... always.

It's been a long, hard journey...  I feel like I've just emerged into the sunshine... as if I've been in a deep, dark tunnel.  What an emotional morning it's been... I'm so very tired, and happy.

I remembered all my Blogging Friends in my book.  You all mean the world to me.  Love, Gloria/Granny Gee  :)))

  4. Gloria I am so happy for you! I truly hope this helps your healing process. I can't imagine what it is like to lose a child---your only child. I had the honor of knowing Tommy and I think anyone that knew him, misses him. He was a wonderful person, a loving and terrific Dad and loving son. I wish you all the best with your book! Love, Ms. Nancy

    1. Ms Nancy, this book is the pure pain from my very soul for the loss of my child that a person will hold in their hands when reading it.

They will feel my very heart... they will hold a part of my life in their hands as they read.

My tear drops that have fallen as I wrote all those words... are now, in the form of that book.

Tommy will never be forgotten now... now. I'm so thankful... you wouldn't believe the 'drive' in me to 'remember Tommy' always.

The drive in me to have 'something left behind from me'.... for my grandson, granddaughter to 'find that was Granny Gee', to know my love for them, their father. 'Just something' for them to 'know me'. Why is all that important? I don't know... it's what 'I had to do'.

Now... when people hold 'I CRY FOR TOMMY' in their hands, they will be holding my tear drops, my grief, my pain from the very
depths of my soul... in their hands. It's all there in the form of a ... book. It's so much of 'me'.

I know you knew Tommy, loved Tommy. He thought the world of you, too.. Ms Nancy. He always smiled when I told him that 'Ms Nancy said this... or Ms Nancy did that'.

Thank you for being there, Ms Nancy. Love, Gloria/Granny Gee :)))

Thank-you for your special words. You have no idea of how much it means to hear from you, or any of Lena's family in Sweden. It just means the world to me.

I'm so happy to hear from you, Anna-Lena. I hope you will visit here, on my Facebook often. I would love for you to comment anytime... and talk to me.

I love that vision in my mind... your words have made that happen.... 'And Lena are watching over you from her and Håkans gold cloud.' That's so special. You touched my very heart. Love,Gloria :)))

    2. I forgot to tell you that Lena is always in my book at the front... and through out as I wrote about my grief for Tommy. My grief was for the loss of my systervan, Lena, too. The pain when she died was more than I can say... Love, Gloria
